To make one thing clear from the start, I DON'T believe in working people until they drop. It simply isn't necessary, from a physical or psychological standpoint. A session with me should leave you feeling pleasantly tired, but not exhausted.
Some people can lose weight just through exercising, for others it's more important to watch what they eat - we're all different. I will cut through all the contradictory advice that's out there, and give you a practical and sustainable diet and/or exercise programme tailored to your particular needs.
